Simon is often living in LA where he is half of the folk duo know as the Falls. These guys have a major record deal and are touring prolifically. However Simon returns to the shores of Australia often where aside from his international success he is known as one of the most in demand guitarist/vocalist’s in Australia. This is a reputation he built a long time ago based on his performances under his own name as well as the fact that he has performed with artists such as Lisa Mitchell, Missy Higgins, Wes Carr (Australian Idol), Gin Wigmore and Fergus Brown, as well as TV performances on Rove, Sunrise, Live at the Chapel, The Footy Show, The Today show and festivals the Big Day Out, Live Earth and Groove in the Moo.
Locally, he has been a prominent performer at many corporate events as well as a regular performer at many of the prestige international Hotels and bars throughout Sydney and Melbourne. Currently holds residency’s at Opera Bar, PJ O’Brien’s, Stella Blu and Helm Bar.
Simon performs a wide variety of music from classic pop and rock through to soul, jazz and folk. (see song list below). His solo show features vocals, acoustic guitar and his stomp box, giving a rich-full sound for just one person! No gimmicks, no backing tracks – just real music with real energy.
