Profile
Harvey is a performer, composer & multi-instrumentalist exuding passion & intrigue for life & music. Born in the bohemian-bush of the Mid-North Coast of NSW, Harvey performs frequently around Australia & the globe. Harvey’s live shows exhibit contagious energy & soothing musicality that leave a sweet lingering taste in the mouths of any audience.
Harvey fell in love with music from a young age, later studying at Newcastle Conservatorium & Southern Cross University. After initially honing his craft and approach through busking, open mic nights & never-ending musical experiments Harvey has gone onto share stages with Donovan Frankenreiter & guitar virtuoso Joe Robinson.
After dalliances performing & composing for Australian television Harvey toured Europe playing at Festivals in Spain & Italy. Arriving home penniless in 2013 Harvey took to teaching music in Sydney schools before embarking on another tour through South America with Latin-Pop group Hello Pedro.
In 2015 Harvey toured Thailand with Acoustelectric duo The Milkshakes to much acclaim from Thai venues. The rest of 2015 will see Harvey playing shows through Europe & Australia in the wake of the release of his first self-titled EP.
