Profile
Peter Gabrielides is a Sydney based musician and songwriter who can be found touring extensively as a guitar player and multi-instrumentalist for a wide range of artists. Peter has gained an enormous amount of experience through the years playing in many different muscial situations and has played almost every genre of music one could think of. From country to alternative rock to blues to jazz, Peter has immersed himself in all facets of music and has carved himself as an extremely versatile musician.
2012/2013 was a milestone year for Peter having great success through a co-write with the prolific songwriter Luke O’Shea. Their song “The Drovers Wife” caught the ears of many listeners and won 2 Golden Guitars, 4 Southen Starlight Awards, the Golden Gum Leaf award and was nominated for APRA’s song of the year award.
Bree De Rome, an exquisitely talented and delightfully, charming young lady who touched thousands of music lovers around the planet, with her self penned tune ‘I Know You Well’, the song first aired on national TV with the impressive performance audition, leading to her Grand Final appearance on 2011 Australia’s Got Talent, 3 million YouTube views later.
She independently released her debut EP “Bag Of Bones” in 2013, winning hearts all down the East Coast with her first interstate tour and promising reviews. 2014 has seen Bree go from strength to strength as she performed at Bleach* Festival on the Gold Coast and secured support spots for Andy Bull, Saskwatch and Busby Marou. In 2015 Bree was awarded a AMP Foundation Tomorrow Maker.
