Bonnie is an up and coming performer who is already a Multi-award winning singer, song writer, actress, and violinist. Bonnie has become a popular entertainer performing in front of thousands of people at the Sydney Opera House, The Sydney Entertainment Centre, and overseas in the USA, Fiji and Asia. She has held lead roles in feature films, TV Shows and advertisements.
Born and raised in the rural vineyards of Willunga, South Australia. She inherited her passion for music from her late father who saw the potential in his little girl and sent her to violin lessons at a very young age. Years later, Bonnie moved to Sydney to study full time at Actors Centre Australia and Bachelor of Music at the Australian Institute of Music.
Bonnie loves to thrill the audience with her powerhouse vocals and playing the violin to her signature song, country music’s huge hit “Devil Went Down To Georgia” with dramatised violin and stage antics.
Recently, Bonnie travelled to Nashville, USA, where she was invited to work with award winning song writers and composers Chris Pelcer, Jon Tiven, Leslie Mills and James Wold. Writers that have worked with Ray Parker Jr, BJ Thomas, Jack Clement, BB King, Rod Stewart and Wilson Pickett, just to name a few. Their songs have created Platinum record sales. Bonnie’s trip was completed with a live performance of her original songs at the famous Douglas Corner Cafe. The venue that helped start the careers of Alan Jackson, Trisha Yearwood, Billy Dean, John Berry, Blake Shelton and Garth Brooks.
Bonnie regularly performs with the ACE Award and Mo Award Winning band Akinga and performed with the band Frogs On Toast. Bonnie is a passionate performer and a favourite amongst the Australian music industry.
